One such sights is the Adamson house and Malibu Lagoon Museum. The Adamson house was built in 1929 and originally owned by the Rindge family. Built with a Moorish-Spanish feel to it, the house is a magnificent construction of tiles of different colors: rich blue, green, yellow and orange tiles dot the entire structure. It has a remarkable dog shower, also made of tiles. The place is guarded by docents, who facilitate the tour for you, but you can also go on a self-guided tour using the many signs posted around the grounds of the house. It costs US$5 to tour the house and its grounds, and tours can only be done from Wednesday to Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm.

Only the first-floor landing and the lobby is open to visitors, however, before there are businesses that run on the upper floors of the building. Entrance is free, and the building can be accessed from 9 am until 5 pm.
